Two items:  an introductory Alexander Technique session ($140 value), and one follow-up session ($110 value) with Alexander teacher Abbie Steiner in Northampton, MA. The Alexander Technique is a 120 year old method for improving balance and coordination, decreasing pain and tension and improving posture for the long-term.

Two tickets will be drawn. The two sessions can go to the same person or to two different people.
